Web Spray
The two products in the Composites range with Web Spray Patterns are: TensorGrip® TC43 & TensorGrip® TC60.
- TensorGrip® TC43: A revolutionary web spray adhesive suitable for bonding some of the most challenging materials used in the infusion dry lay-up process. Whilst this product has been developed to yield a powerful grab with minimum application, our innovative web spray pattern ensures an even spread of adhesive for demanding and deep crevice applications.
- TensorGrip® TC60: Acutely engineered to meet the demands of composite core material bonding in infusion layup, this web spray adhesive securely fixes PU Foam, PET & PVC core board materials into the build up, allowing for the highest possible quality of build up before resin infusion and eliminating the requirement for mechanical fixings.
Super Fine Mist Spray
Super Fine Mist spray adhesives deliver a light & consistent droplet pattern on the surface. TensorGrip® customers can enjoy the benefits of super fine mist spray with TC49, a popular product within our Composites range.
- TensorGrip® TC49: It is possible to achieve a great surface finish with carbon fibre applications thanks to TC49’s fine mist spray properties. TensorGrip® TC49 provides the immediate and strong tack required to hold light and heavy weight reinforcing fibres in place in the most demanding areas.
Pebble MistSpray
Pebble mist sprays are similar to Super Fine Mist sprays. However, the pattern is made up of larger strand droplets, but still yields a smooth and consistent pattern on the surface. You can discover the benefits of pebble spray with TensorGrip® TC42.
- TensorGrip® TC42: This product features a revolutionary pebble mist spray pattern, with its micro strands bridging fabric/mat undulations for increased adhesive contact area. This composite packs a punch compared to competing products which typically spray in a fine mist.
