PS. On a useful side note, we tested Tensor out in a couple more places.  Our favorite application in this job was applying sheets of gloss laminate to the walls with TensorGrip's California Compliant Web Spray adhesive.  It made the job a lot quicker and we can have full confidence it's never going to come down.  We wish luck to whoever may be so privileged to take this stuff off the walls… :)
