Firstly thank you for providing us with our free product (laminate roller) prior to us complying with the conditions of your free gift offer.

Secondly, after having issues with the L17 product, due to the extreme heat conditions we had yesterday (we estimate the workshop would have been sitting well above 40 degrees), we contacted you and you sent a rep (Rick) to us straight away.  Rick went above and beyond what we expected and he understood we were trying to meet a deadline and were under pressure.  Rick not only went back to the warehouse and brought us back a different adhesive (L20) to try straight away, but he provided us with sound advice that assisted us yesterday and made our job easier, he also provided us with additional spray on adhesives and other products and tools for us to try.

The new adhesive he brought back for us (L20) worked perfectly and we are very happy with the results.

Overall we feel your products and service are second to none and we are very happy clients.  We look forward to working with you and using your products in the future."
