Accessory - əkˈses(ə)rē | noun | A thing that can be added to something else in order to make it more useful, versatile, or attractive.
So that’s it. That’s what an accessory is. We prefer to refer to them as “tools”, but accessory explains it perfectly – a thing that, in this case, can be added to an item to make it more useful. You know when you buy a car, the base model is always ok, but for some reason we always like the extras – the navigation, sunroof, power seats and more. You know the drill.
In the case of glue though, the tools are available to customize the application to your specific needs. If you’re doing floors or large spaces, you may want to replace the traditional gun with a wand gun to extend your reach. Maybe you’ll need a longer hose, or possibly a trolley so the canister follows you. Read on to see what’s available to make life easier for you.
Guns
TensorGrip M120
The standard spray gun. This is what you’ll get with the Toolkit when you first start with TensorGrip. It’s good for just about every application – from applying laminate to MDF, to bonding fabric and more.

TensorGrip M118 Reduced Flow Gun
The TensorGrip M118 Reduced Flow Adjustable Spray Gun is designed to create a very fine, light spray pattern. It works best for lower viscosity adhesives and application like that of an aerosol adhesive. Works with most TensorGrip spray adhesives. Best for thin substrates and light duty applications.
Hoses
Hoses all come in multiple lengths. First, choose the hose that is correct for your adhesives (yes, there is a difference), then choose the length that best suits your application.
TensorGrip M130
The original hose. Flexible, durable and able to stand up to heavy industrial situations. Avoid using with non-flammable products (those with Zero-Flam technology specifically). Good for virtually all other adhesives. Available in 12’, 18’, and 25’ lengths.
TensorGrip M140
The hose designed for non-flammable products. Made of Teflon and steel braid, this hose is industrial strength with characteristics to cater to the leading-edge line of Zero-Flam adhesives. Available in 12’, 18’ and 25’ lengths.
TensorGrip M150
The steel moisture block hose. Designed specifically for TensorGrip crosslinking contact adhesives to avoid them setting up in the hose (which would render the hose unusable). Available in 12’ and 18’ lengths.
More Canister Accessories
Sometimes, you can get a lot more of what you’re looking for (efficiency anyone?) by simply adding some extra gadgets to make the job easier. There are a few of these little gadgets you might not know about – designed by the Quin Innovation Team for Tensor users.

While TensorGrip canisters are the epitome of portability, sometimes a little something extra is needed to achieve the ultimate results. The Tensor M510 Canister Trolley is the ideal solution for shop and large field jobs where portability is of essence. Allows for easy transport and use of the 22L (large) canister.

TensorGrip Backpack for Mini Canisters
When you're out in the field or are facing a gluing job that requires a lot of moving around, it's not ideal to have to deal with a big bulky canister that can't easily be transported around. That's when the TensorGrip M501 Backpack comes in handy. The perfect solution to field jobs (i.e. fiberglass layup in boat hulls, laying flooring, rooftop work), the M501 for mini adhesive canisters takes the strain off of your arms but still is light enough so that it doesn't cause back strain.
TensorGrip M300 Canister Splitter Valve
Get more out of your canister - allow more than one user to be attached to a canister at the same time. The M300 splitter valve is ideal for intermediate (108L) and jumbo (216L) canisters in assembly or industrial applications.
