- Resin compatibility: As with all products in our TC range, TC60 is engineered for maximum resin compatibility to ensure resin Infusion flow and integrity are not compromised. - Niche application: TC60 has been developed to perform in the positioning of foam stringers and stiffeners, as well as in engine bed reinforcements. Whether on horizontal or in high demand vertical positions, TC60 allows for highest accuracy and quality of void free build up before resin infusion.
- Reduce secondary Wet lay time: TC60 allows more foam reinforcement aspects of dry lay up to be included in the infusion thus reducing messy, wasteful & slow manual wet lay requirement.
- Reduce Styrene Emissions & Improve workplace: More resin used under vacuum infusion versus in wet lay results in significantly reduced styrene emissions creating a more pleasant & healthy workplace for all.
- Eliminate mechanical fixing: Before the arrival of TC60, securing foam stringers & stiffeners often required the use of mechanical fixings. This adhesive has been designed to transform this process. By using TC60, a hugely increased surface area is secured to the layup, resulting in accurate layup and eliminating movement whilst eliminating the risk of the mould being accidentally penetrated and damaged by mechanical fixings.
- Unbeatable bonds: The improved quality of fixing with TC60 has proven to remove previously experienced bridging in the layup, helping avoid resin mass and maintaining correct fibre to resin ratios.
