Tell us about PSA Solutions. What makes this TensorGrip Joinery distributor so unique in the market?
PSA Solutions have been established for 20 years, and with 60 years joint experience, we specialise in the supply of self-adhesive tapes and glues into a wide range of industries.
The contact adhesive range had always been limited with our old supplier, thus restricting our activity in various markets. Around 2 to 3 years ago, we were approached by Quin Global with a view to becoming a distributor. We were taken aback by the portfolio of products offered for numerous markets.
Since then, we’ve seen our business grow considerably with Quin based on proactive selling backed up with excellent technical support. Alongside this, we have a strong and successful ecommerce platform which brings in not only orders, but daily enquiries.
The beauty of Quin is the ease of dealing with them - nothing is too much trouble! They have fantastic teams both internal and external, and have been instrumental in helping PSA grow the business.
Tell us a bit about your role with PSA Solutions. What do you do and what areas of the UK do you serve?
I am the Sales Director for PSA Solutions, solely responsible for the industrial sales side of the business. At present I cover the whole of the UK & Ireland.
