Sometimes using the wrong adhesive can cost you. A lot.
In the case of a company fabricating modular buildings, their glue problem had cost them over $1,300,000 US. They were using a water-based contact adhesive to glue down vinyl floor planks. With temperatures varying from the heat of the mid-summer sun to the brutal elements of harsh winters, there were more problems than one would care to deal with.
Firstly, the adhesive cure time was all over the map. Secondly, the adhesive became brittle in the colder temperatures. Additionally, the heat of summer caused the vinyl floor planks to grow and hence bubble and buckle all over.
Gluru to the rescue!
Armed with a canister (or four) of cross-linking contact adhesive - a technology completely unique to the Quin Global family of brands - we met the problem head-on.
The cross-linking contact adhesive will effectively bond the vinyl to the subfloor, allowing some growing and shrinking while maintaining a tenacious bond. This is due to the characteristic state change of cross-linking contact adhesive.
The general manager of the company was, needless to say, duly impressed with the performance of our glue. Standing in awe after a demonstration, the first comment to slip out of his mouth was, "Your glue kicks a**!! We are going to go with it no matter what."

So often, our adhesives simply speak for themselves!
