- Incredible Grab: When we say TensorGrip® L12 provides one of the strongest grabs on the market, we mean it. We’ve employed all of our knowledge around adhesives manufacturing to offer a product that can stick hard-to-bond surfaces together (specifically timber and other hard surfaces. The grab of the L12 is so incredible that you bend bonded boards without breaking them.
- Versatility: When bonding a variety of hard surfaces, versatility is what you need. TensorGrip® L12 steps up to the mark, with its tacky pressure-sensitive properties presenting it as the perfect solution for bonding thick surfaces and materials, including curved timber, MDF and bendy plywood.
- CO-REZ Technology: Here at Tensor, we believe that bonding work should represent one of the easy parts of the working day. We’ve brought this philosophy into action with CO-REZ technology, incorporating a highly engineered resin and gas matrix to create an exceptional “more glue, less gas” formula. This means you’ll notice up to 25% extra coverage per unit together with a 2-3 kilogram decrease in weight per canister system (available in canisters only).

Forget waiting around on curing time with alternatives like PVA - this bonding behemoth takes only 3 mins per layer. Immediate permanent bonds can be achieved by double-sided applications on most substrates.
Get your L12 experience off to a pro start with some expert guidance from Tensor:
- For best results, the temperature of the adhesive and the surfaces being bonded should be between 60 degrees F - 80 degrees F (16degrees C - 27 degrees C).
- This product may degrade some substrates. Please note that TensorGrip® L12 is NOT RECOMMENDED for use with plasticised vinyl, flexible plastics, expanded/extruded polystyrene, PE, or PP.
- Spray about 10-20 cm (4” – 8”) away at a 90-degree angle to the surface, applying a uniform, even coat of adhesive to obtain 80% to 100% coverage of the surface. If necessary, spray another coat of adhesive in areas that appear to need more adhesive.
- Spray both surfaces to be bonded, one surface vertically and the other surface horizontally. Allow the adhesive to tack off until no adhesive transfers to the knuckle when touched.
- Adhere surfaces and press together with adequate pressure. A roller is recommended to apply a uniform pressure to achieve maximum strength. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure.
