Meet Madeline, Our newest member to the Quin Global AU office. At 17 years old, Madeline has just completed her Higher School Certificate and stepped out into the big wide workforce. As we all know this is quite a daunting stage of life and a time which we all remember, no matter how old we get. Madeline performed exceptionally well in her Business Studies course at school and has begun a Post Graduate course in Project Management. She also has a natural flair for technical detail. When the founder of Quin AU, Daniel Earl heard of her outstanding achievements at school, he jumped at the opportunity to include Madeline in our dynamic team. By training her for the highly important responsibility of adhesive quality assurance and testing, we aim to make the most of Madeline’s ability and willingness to learn.
“With the constantly increasing demand for our range of adhesives over recent months, it is an enormous relief to have an enthusiastic assistant in both the office and the lab. Madeline will help make sure our adhesives remain up to the highest standards as our production increases.” Said Daniel when asked how he is enjoying having Madeline around. “She is learning quite quickly and even now is able to do some aspects of the testing on her own, meaning that I can be spending more time on the ever important task of new product development as well improvements in our manufacturing processes.” He said.
When asked how she was enjoying the experience, Madeline said “It’s something I never really thought I would be doing after I left school, but I am actually really enjoying it. It looked a bit daunting at first but the testing process has set procedures to follow and I am finding it really interesting.”
Madeline has been with us now since the beginning of December 2016 and she is already proving herself to be a valuable member of the team. “We’re glad to have found someone for this unique and technical role and we’re pleased to see that Madeline is enjoying the challenge and progressing in her career at Quin Global .” Said Ricky, the managing director of Quin Global Australia.
