Last month, the UK Tensor team took to Crieff Hydro as a reward for their outstanding efforts in 2016.

Rising early, the team met at Crieff Hydro for breakfast at 8am.  Their hard work was praised by the senior management team while they scoffed bacon rolls!  Next, representatives from each department took turns to talk about their successes in 2016 and the main challenges waiting for them in 2017.  Our special guest Carl Seidman also gave a motivational speech to inspire the team.

There was time for a quick photoshoot before lunch was served!

The team enjoyed a 3 course meal and some laughs before getting changed into more casual attire for some extreme sports!  Choosing from segway rides, archery, quad biking, rifles and aerial adventures, the team got muddy and bruised, but laughed until their cheeks hurt!

After the action was over, the team loaded up on raffle prizes and headed home, exhausted but exhilarated for the year ahead.
